Beacon, the largest publicly traded distributor of roofing materials and complementary building products in the US and Canada, has an established partnership with AAXIS since 2015. AAXIS was brought on to quickly establish a responsive online commerce channel for placing orders and checking order status while at a job site.

Execution

AAXIS provides a highly scalable, responsive digital commerce site integrated with delivery tracking, product recommendations, rebates/rewards and store locator services that are essential to ensuring products are available to contractors when and where they need them.

Established an online ordering presence utilizing an AAXIS built accelerator/framework to grow the digital commerce channel.
Increased annual online order volume by developing microsites to sell products under different sub brands.
Increased customer satisfaction by creating a centralized product portfolio by regional availability so customers could pick up from a store closest to their job site.
Created a seamless customer experience by pricing alignment between online and offline orders.
Shortened the order process by integrating with Hover 3D via web services to quickly determine cost estimates based on drone technology.
Optimized the payment settlement process by integrating loyalty rewards through an API and payment integration through tokenization.
