You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure that issues are resolved before software releases. Must Have:
- QA Analyst role experience Range: 5 – 10 yrs.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
- Execute manual test cases and document test results, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to understand code changes and validate fixes.
- Participate in design and requirement reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not introduce new defects.
- Report testing progress, quality metrics, and issues to project stakeholders.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support for end-users during testing phases.
- Good communication skills and experience working with a distributed team (English)
- Capable of working independently in a team to execute QA activities.
- Adheres to industry-accepted testing methodology and standards.
- Commitment to project quality and on-time delivery
- Possess excellent business ethics and professionalism.
- Encourage creativity and forward-thinking suggestions.
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks preferably WebdriverIO.
- Experience working on agile following 2 weeks of sprint cycle.
- Experience on Salesforce , E-Commerce projects.
