QA Analyst

AAXIS is Looking for a QA Analyst!

The Role:

QA Analyst will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure that issues are resolved before software releases. This role requires a strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Must Have:
  • QA Analyst role experience Range: 5 – 10 yrs.
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Execute manual test cases and document test results, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand code changes and validate fixes.
  • Participate in design and requirement reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not introduce new defects.
  • Report testing progress, quality metrics, and issues to project stakeholders.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support for end-users during testing phases.
  • Good communication skills and experience working with a distributed team (English)
  • Capable of working independently in a team to execute QA activities.
  • Adheres to industry-accepted testing methodology and standards.
  • Commitment to project quality and on-time delivery
  • Possess excellent business ethics and professionalism.
  • Encourage creativity and forward-thinking suggestions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks preferably WebdriverIO.
  • Experience working on agile following 2 weeks of sprint cycle.
  • Experience on Salesforce , E-Commerce projects.
