As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in translating business needs into powerful Salesforce solutions. You’ll collaborate with the Architect to design and build technical solutions, tackle complex challenges, and ensure high-quality results.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with extensive Apex and JavaScript development.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English with strong client communication (written, verbal, presentations).
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to get certified.
- Experience with Agile Methodology.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Apex programming (design patterns, limits, triggers, async operations, integrations, unit testing).
- Modern Salesforce DevOps best practices.
- Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata).
- Front-end development with Lightning Web Components.
- Integrations, 3rd party tools, ETL with Salesforce.
- (Optional) DataCloud and LoyaltyManagement experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Estimate effort based on business needs.
- Lead technical design sessions, documenting solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Lead technical delivery: custom development, integrations, expert assistance, test plan design/execution.
- Champion technical thought leadership.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Stay current with Salesforce advancements.
- Coach and mentor junior developers.
